In order to improve the green design level of enterprises, promote the synergy of pollution reduction and carbon reduction, and help achieve the goal of carbon neutralization, in accordance with the requirements of the notice of the general office of the Ministry of industry and information technology on organizing the recommend of the fourth batch of green design demonstration enterprises for industrial products (letter [2022] No. 80 of the Ministry of industry and information technology), after procedures such as enterprise self-evaluation, local industry and information technology authorities (or central enterprises) recommend, expert review, and online publicity, 99 companies including Shanghai Weilai Automobile Co., Ltd. have been identified as the fourth batch of industrial product green design demonstration enterprises. It is hereby announced. Relevant matters are notified as follows:
1. demonstration enterprises should effectively play a leading role, continuously strengthen green design innovation and development capabilities and management levels, and continue to improve green product supply capabilities and market influence. Before the end of March each year, the electronic version of the green design dynamic management form will be submitted to the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (Department of Energy Conservation and Comprehensive Utilization) through the Industrial Energy Conservation and Green Development Management Platform (https://green.miit.gov.cn).
2. local departments in charge of industry and information technology and relevant central enterprises to strengthen guidance and services to demonstration enterprises, track and grasp the progress of work, do a good job in dynamic management audit and timely report. We should continue to do a good job in the cultivation of demonstration enterprises in combination with the actual situation, actively guide the leading enterprises in the region and the industry to carry out green design practice, give full play to the demonstration effect, and promote the continuous deepening of green design demonstration work of industrial products.
3. Ministry of Industry and Information Technology will strengthen the supervision and management of the list of industrial product green design demonstration enterprises, improve the dynamic management mechanism of the list, evaluate the reported dynamic management table, review the problematic enterprises, and promptly remove the units that no longer meet the requirements of the demonstration enterprises from the list.
